Condition Report

In good, stable condition. There are a few faint scuffs to the surface but no apparent paint losses. One area to the right of the subject's hat is somewhat shinier than the rest of the work, suggesting possible overpainting, but we aren't certain. There is a small section of the board chipped off from the top right corner, resulting in a very small gap between the work and the frame. Note that the work is done on masonite or other board, not on canvas as listed on the gallery label applied to the back. Additional images available upon request.
